OUR Story

CCCare started with a simple idea: that everyone deserves care that feels like home. We’re a team of people who understand what it’s like to translate for your parents at the doctor’s office, or to explain your culture to a care provider. We built CCCare to make that easier — for you, your family, and your community.
Our founders — health professionals, community advocates, and CALD leaders — saw first-hand how language barriers, cultural misunderstandings, and social isolation prevent people from receiving fair access to aged care and disability support.

Governance & Leadership

CCCare operates as a public company limited by guarantee and a registered charity under the ACNC Act.
Our governance framework ensures transparency, accountability, and compliance with national standards in aged care, disability, and not-for-profit operations.

Our Structure:

  • Board of Directors — responsible for strategy, risk, and compliance.
  • Audit & Risk Committee — oversees financial integrity and regulatory reporting.
  • Fundraising & Partnerships Committee — develops philanthropic and corporate relationships.
  • Community Engagement Committee — ensures our programs reflect CALD community needs.

Leadership Team:

  • Chief Executive Officer — leads strategy and operations.
  • Program Managers — oversee service delivery across aged care, disability, and digital inclusion.
  • Volunteer & Community Coordinators — connect people to programs, training, and events.

We’re guided by people who live our values every day — from our Board members who’ve spent decades serving communities, to our volunteers who speak over 20 languages.
